At ELYT ACTIVE we provide group exercise classes, private small group trainings and 1 on 1 personal training all lead by certified instructors. Most classes are enjoyed by all levels of fitness and will be given modifications to movements for beginner members. Along with a Shake Bar for fresh treats, a kids club and our Relaxation Massage Chairs , there is PLENTY here to call this your new "HAPPY PLACE"
We are an Army of Women who ban together to fight for our physical and mental health together! Its not always easy to find our way around a crowded gym , or feel up to creating workout routines when our mind is already so crowded with a to-do list. At ELYT ACTIVE, everyone knows your name and you are welcomed and acknowledged as amazing and important each time you come in. We create healthy activities and fun events to keep you feeling excited and motivated to reach any goals you may set! ( even if its just to start drinking more water with us! ) (:
